OUR PHILOSOPHY
Many ask why we call ourselves "ants". The answer is, from our perspective, quite clear. Doing our job we want to be like these precisely acting, neat, strong and purposeful insects. It is unlikely to find a person who has never stopped for once in front of "ant-hill" being astounded by busy life of these tiny creatures. Such a small and fragile world of "ants" somehow seems very similar to ours. We are attracted and amazed by endless cares and troubles of these whippets which find their way out of any situation with dignity, because they always act as a team. Just like purposeful people!

What do you think, what Earth inhabitant is the strongest one? The elephant? But this 4-tonne animal can hardly lift a tree trunk of a little bit over 200 kilograms. But this achievement is nothing if think in terms of fair weight categories. Scientists have determined that some sub-species of "ants", in groups, are capable of moving in long distances items that exceed their own weight in 5000 times! Incredible: only imagine a human being weighing 70 kilograms and carrying 350 tons in his hands.

Our company strives to be like an "ant": hard-working, cheerful, responsible, reliable and creative. Only such helpers you can count on.

7. To our clients, because our business exist for them. We long for providing the EAV (Emotional Added Value) in everything we do for our clients. The loyalty of our customers is the sign that the quality of our services exceeds their expectations.

8. To the company, though understanding the fact that the company creates the proper conditions for our effective work. The company can guarantee nothing except for the things necessary for the professional self-realization. Guarantees are out of the company, the are where our dear actual and future customers live and work. Before asking what your company has done for you, ask what you have done for the company.

9. To the business rivals, as the opponents that we should know and understand. Competition is a driving process of the progress, a furnace where the quality abd effectiveness of the company is improving.

10. To the family, close friends and relatives. Prosperity of those, we are responsible for depends upon the contribution we make.

11. To the society, where the company is carrying out its financial and economic activity and creates the material and other benefits for the sake of the company and society.

12. To the reality, as the supreme criteria of the effectiveness and adequacy of the results and processes.
